Huxley Communications Member Reward Check!

Attention: The Huxley Communications office will be open extended hours till 7PM on Thursday, April 12 to allow for members to pick up their reward checks!

 

Distribution of Non Patronage Earnings (Membership Reward Checks)

 Huxley Communications Cooperative will be distributing Non Patronage Earnings for 2011.  The Non Patronage Earnings (Membership Reward Checks) are based on each members’ percentage of the total telephone, long distance and internet revenues for 2011.  The Member Reward Checks are being distributed at the direction of the Board of Directors of Huxley Communications Cooperative. 

 

Members of Huxley Communications Cooperative are eligible for Membership Reward Checks if they meet all of the following criteria:

1) Are a member of the Cooperative and their account balance is current and up to date. 

2) Had Telephone and/or Internet Service with Huxley Communications  during 2011.

3) Are still living in the Huxley Communications Cooperative service area.

4) Have not had any outstanding account balances written off or sent to collections.

 

The amount of each member’s Membership Reward Check will be subject to income taxes and the members will receive a 1099 form from Huxley Communications for 2011.

 

You can pick up your 2011 Membership Reward Check anytime Monday Thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Your name must appear on the Cooperate Membership account to pick up the check. A valid photo ID maybe required.
